Notice is given that the Board of Library Trustees of the La Grange Park Public Library District, will conduct a special meeting on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Library, 555 N. La Grange Road, La Grange Park, Illinois, for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the position of Library Trustee to fill the vacancy on the Board and discussing the ADA-accessibility project.

2. Roll Call.
3. Motion to go into closed session, Open Meetings Act, Section 2 (c)(3). “The selection of a person to fill a public office, as defined in the Open Meetings Act, including a vacancy in a public office, when the public body is given power to appoint under law … . ”
4. Interview candidates for the position of Library Trustee. Review and make a recommendation for appointment of a candidate.
5. Motion to go out of closed session.
6. Motion to appoint one of the candidates to fill the vacancy on the Board.
7. Discuss planning for/making a final decision regarding the ADA-accessibility project.
8. Motion to select a particular ADA-accessibility project schematic design.
9. Adjourn.
