POLICY AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING
Notice is given that the Policy and Personnel Committee, Board of Library Trustees of the La Grange Park Public Library District, will conduct a committee meeting on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Library, 555 N. La Grange Road, La Grange Park, Illinois, for the purpose of conducting the annual performance appraisal of the executive director (in closed session) and, time permitting, reviewing personnel and general policies.

I. Call to order.
II. Motion to go into closed session. (Open Meetings Act, sections permitting closed sessions, section 2 (c) (1): The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel….
III. Conduct annual performance appraisal of executive director.
IV. Motion to leave closed session.
V. Discuss/review library personnel and general policies (time permitting).
