The Salt Creek Watershed Network is sponsoring a cleanup day to remove debris along and in Salt Creek on Saturday, May 17 beginning at 9 am. The sign in table will be at 31st Street and La Grange Rd.

The Farmer's Market in Memorial Park behind the Village Market opened today. It will be held every Tuesday from 8 am - 2 pm until October 28, 2008
Residents of La Grange Park can receive free CFL bulbs from the village while supplies last. You need to go to the village hall during business hours with a proof of residency if you are interested.
The Garden Club of La Grange Park is holding its annual plant sale on Saturday, May 10. It will be in the Memorial Park Gazebo from 9 am to Noon. They will have annuals and perennials for sale.
