Proviso Township welcomes the Illinois Secretary Of State’s mobile driver services facility to Hillside on Wednesday, August 12th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, Illinois. The Mobile Unit will provide Vision Screening, Duplicate License, Corrected License, Driver’s License Renewal, Identification Cards and Vehicle Renewal Stickers. To apply for or renew a driver’s license, you must provide acceptable identification to verify your name, date of birth, Illinois residency, social security number and signature. For more information, please call the Township of Proviso at 708-449-4300. ROAD TESTING IS NOT PROVIDED AT THIS LOCATION.
