Happy New Year

The Library will be closed New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.  We re-open at 10:00 am on January 2, 2008.

The Library Staff and Board of Trustees wish everyone a happy and safe new year.

Happy Holidays

The Staff and Board of Trustees of the Library wish everyone a happy holiday season.

The Library will be closed on December 24 and December 25.  We will re-open at 10:00 am on December 26.

New Web Site Launches December 15, 2007

Explore the Library's New Website for a chance to win two tickets to the Phantom of the Opera on December 27th

Here is how it works:

• The Library's New Web Site launches December 15th www.lplibrary.org
• Click around our new web site and see how many "Phantom" icons you can find and on what page you found them.
• Write the information down on a piece of paper with your name and phone number and put it in the entry box.
• We will draw the winner on December 20th.
• Winner will receive two tickets to Thursday, December 27th show at the Cadillac Palace Theatre in Chicago starting at 7:30pm.
• 2nd place winner will receive a $25.00 gift card from Borders.
