R.I.P.

Arthur C. Clarke has died at the age of 90, in his adoptive home of Sri Lanka. He was a science fiction writer who wrote more than 100 books on space,science and the future.
In the late 1960's he joined Walter Cronkite as a commentator for the U. S. Apollo moonshots.
